Stephen Williams - Founder & Head Trainer

I would like to introduce myself as a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor, and Circuit Training Instructor. I am also on the Register of Exercise Professionals and the National Register of Personal Trainers.

Through years of my own training experience I have learnt that everyone needs a helping hand at some point in their life, whether it’s for advice, support or discipline. I thoroughly believe that I can help maximise the benefits that you get from participating in exercise.

As well as running my own personal training and exercise classes I also freelance for health clubs and I am also a trainer at the FitFarm Weightloss retreat. Through these experiences I have gained a great deal of knowledge and have worked with a wide range of clients with varied age and abilities. I love the challenge of working with new clients and helping others to achieve their goals. I also love developing a personal friendship as well as professional as I believe that working together in a friendly environment will create the desired outcomes.

There is nothing better than when a client calls or texts me to tell me that they have just got into an item of clothing they haven't worn in years, put on a bikini for the first time in years, or completed a personal challenge of running a 5k run for a charity close to them – and they feel great. I have been a Fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Since 2002 with The YMCA. I started working within a gym and continued to Study in the Fitness Industry adding on further qualifications. I went onto to get my qualifications for Exercise to music, Spinning, & Swiss ball.

Fitness is where my passion lies, I love to help people achieve their goals, being there for them as a personal Trainer and as a friend. I believe that every Client is an individual and has specific goals which I enjoy helping them achieve. I love to get RESULTS!

My interest in fitness, conditioning and nutrition was sparked in my early teens as a way to improve upon my sporting endeavours especially in the field of rugby, and as a way to improve my general health and fitness.

The best thing about exercise is the feeling that you get, this may be through winning a competition, reaching a target weight or simply coming to the end of a tough session. My promise to you is that no matter how large or small I guarantee to have you on the right track towards your personal milestone.

I have over ten years experience as a trainer and class instructor, I have worked for clubs such as David Lloyd, Virgin Active, and Greens. My qualifications include Premier Diploma in Personal Training, Kettlebells, Viper, Circuits, Exercise to Music, Powerplate, and Sports Massage. I believe the best way to achieve the results for my clients is to train them in a way they enjoy, and to make lifestyle adjustments that work with them for them!

I have been instructing group exercise sessions around Staffordshire since 2007 and absolutely love it! After training as a Professional Dancer at Bodywork Company Dance Studios in Cambridge for 3 years I was given the opportunity to gain my YMCA Exercise to Music qualification and jumped at it. I now have qualifications to teach Total Body Conditioning, Bodymax, Aqua Aerobics, Fit 2 Box, and my personal favourite, ZUMBA Fitness!

I have so much fun doing my job, and its rewards are amazing - to see people's fitness improve and confidence grow on a weekly basis. It is my goal to help people enjoy exercising and the results they get then become just an added bonus.
