Personal Training

ELEVATE Fitness has been set up with the aim of providing specialist personal fitness training to individuals/pairs and groups of friends. I aim for a completely personal approach, and I aim to make you, as the client, feel as comfortable as possible and for you to not see exercising as a chore, but to have fun whilst still achieving your goals.

We offer personal fitness training from the comfort of your own home, which is highly motivational, goal specific, and more importantly FUN!! It may include aerobic/resistance training depending on your goals, using varied methods including elements of aerobics, weights, circuits, boxing, kettlebells, hulaerobics, fitball, skipping, and more! We will even just be your running partner if that’s what you require!

We will train you either at your home, local gym, park/outdoor area, or office. Whether it's in your spare room, living room, kitchen or garden, lack of space is never an issue.

We also have the use of a local newly built small health club (G Force Gym, ST1 6LG) where we are able to take clients to train. This club is really quiet which enables us to train you on an individual basis but with the aid of the latest cardio and resistance equipment machines.

We see that every client is unique! Even when fitness or health goals are the same, there will always be something that distinguishes the training requirements of one person from another. Whether it's the individual's current fitness level, skill level, training history, exercise preferences or simply genetics, no case is the same. Every client receives a tailor-made exercise program after completing their initial consultation and health & assessment report - this program is a crucial part of the process. It provides clarity, structure and guidance so that each client knows they are training effectively and working toward their goals.

What is included?

Full consultation and personalised programme(s) designed and constantly updated by your very own personal trainer who is there throughout your session to guide you and help you achieve your goals.
Nutrition programme (if required) - which includes food diaries / assessment / feedback - designed to help you to understand nutrition and develop long term healthy eating  » more information

Fees...

Individual
£30 per hour or £25 for 45 Mins (Within 10 miles of ST4 7GG)
£35 per hour or £30 for 45 Mins (Above 10 miles of ST4 7GG)

Pair's sessions cost £10 per hour extra

Group Training (3+) also available please contact us for more details (from £10 p/p)
